HOIST Announces Intent to Acquire Service NextGen to Strengthen Its IFS Field Service Management Capabilities
Combination will unite certified FSM, MWM, and IFS Cloud expertise, a proprietary training platform, and scalable global delivery to form one of the leading IFS FSM services practices worldwide

DALLAS, TX / OTTAWA, ON — October 12, 2026 — HOIST, a global systems integrator and one of the largest independent services partners for IFS's suite of enterprise software, today announced its intent to acquire Service NextGen ("SNG"), a Dallas-based IFS specialist known for its depth in Field Service Management (FSM) and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM). The combination will make HOIST a leading global provider of IFS Field Service Management services, backed by WestView Capital Partners, and will strengthen HOIST's position as a full-spectrum IFS delivery partner across Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, and Field Service Management.
SNG will bring expertise across IFS Cloud, FSM, MWM, MWO and PSO, together with a family of proprietary accelerators that extend IFS Cloud: ModelIFS (process library), AdoptIFS (change management and adoption) and LearnIFS (training) which the companies say would take years to replicate internally. The acquisition will also add a scalable delivery team based in India, many referenceable clients across five regions, and AI-driven tools purpose-built for IFS engagements, including FSM-to-BPMN conversion and geospatial utility solutions for utilities and field service teams.
"SNG represents an excellent fit for HOIST, and this combination will make us one of the global leaders in IFS Field Service Management services," said Nick Mezher, Chief Executive Officer of HOIST. "Field service software is projected to grow at a 12.5% CAGR to more than $9 billion by 2030, and IFS has established itself as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in FSM. This is the right moment to build a dominant IFS field service practice, and SNG's team, technology, and client relationships will make that possible."
"Joining HOIST will give our team the platform and resources to grow what we've built, while giving our clients access to a much broader set of IFS capabilities," said Josh Warren, President of SNG. "Our priority through this transition is continuity — for our clients and for our people — and we're looking forward to what the combined team can deliver."
"This combination will strengthen the IFS field service ecosystem by bringing together HOIST's scale with SNG's deep certified expertise in FSM and MWM," said Mark Brewer, Global Head of Service Management at IFS. "We look forward to seeing the combined team deliver even greater value to our joint customers."
The transaction remains subject to the completion of a definitive agreement, and customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in Q4 2026.
